We are not responsible for penalties, fines, or liabilities arising from errors in data you provided or from regulatory changes we had not yet incorporated at the time of processing.
Wadata HR is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
During your free trial period, no payment is required. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to continue using the platform.
You own your data. By using Wadata HR, you grant us a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of providing the service.

If you close your account, you can request an export of your data before deletion. We will retain payroll and compliance records for up to 7 years as required by Nigerian tax law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.
